Changzhou Qicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. recently announced that its flagship products, including the Dry Scrubber and Plasma Scrubber, have obtained SEMI S2 safety certification for the semiconductor industry and EU CE certification. This signifies that the products' performance meets international standards. Taking the QC-600S model Heat & Wet Scrubber as an example, this equipment can simultaneously treat acidic, alkaline and combustible gases. Utilising a 750°C high-temperature decomposition technology in its heating chamber, it achieves over 95% treatment efficiency and supports flexible multi-port adaptability.
The company's operations now span Southeast Asian nations including Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, providing bespoke exhaust gas treatment solutions for local semiconductor and photovoltaic enterprises. Company representatives disclosed that Southeast Asian market orders have surged by over 200% in the past two years. Future plans include establishing a service centre in Indonesia to deliver round-the-clock localised operational support.
