Changzhou Qicheng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. has recently launched its QC-GF series of specialised adsorbents, specifically engineered for the targeted optimisation of exhaust gases from etching and cleaning processes in semiconductor manufacturing. This series includes models such as QC-GF-1 and QC-GF-2, capable of adsorbing over 20 gases including Cl₂, BCl₃, and HF. Its single-pass adsorption capacity reaches 35 L/L, representing a 40% improvement over conventional materials. Taking the QC-GF-C model as an example, its composite active ingredient design enables simultaneous treatment of highly corrosive gases like NF₃ and F₂, while supporting regeneration and reuse, significantly reducing clients' consumable costs.
Currently deployed in the company's Dry Scrubber and Hybrid Scrubber equipment, this adsorbent has undergone validation testing at a leading domestic panel manufacturer, achieving stable exhaust gas removal rates exceeding 99%. The R&D team indicates future development will focus on low-temperature catalytic materials tailored for photovoltaic processes, supporting environmental upgrades within the new energy sector.
